About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Head of PMO to establish, lead, and continuously improve project and program governance across our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project execution, and driving delivery excellence across multiple workstreams within our digital banking transformation journey.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in program management, PMO governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Leadership & Governance
- Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Define and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and reporting structures.
- Ensure consistent project delivery practices across all programs and initiatives.
- Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Program & Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives.
- Prioritize projects and programs based on organizational objectives.
- Monitor interdependencies, risks, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and program execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to define strategic priorities.
- Provide regular portfolio and program updates to senior management.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
Delivery Oversight
- Monitor project health, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful execution of programs across product, engineering, operations, data, and infrastructure teams.
Financial & Resource Management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning activities.
- Monitor project financials and resource allocation across programs.
- Ensure optimal utilization of project management resources.
Change Management
- Drive organizational change management activities associated with major initiatives.
- Promote best practices in project management and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in project and program management
- 5+ years of experience leading PMO functions or enterprise programs
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives
