Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager with a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Program Manager will drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing Salesforce projects (Sales, Service, Marketing, or
Experience Cloud).
- Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations on time and within budget.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and Lightning platform.
