Program Manager (UAE National)

We are supporting a confidential advanced engineering programme, and are looking for a Program Manager (UAE National) to help drive delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind development programme in the region, working at the intersection of engineering, certification, testing and industrialisation.

The role:

• Support and drive elements of the end-to-end development programme
• Coordinate across engineering, testing, manufacturing and external partners
• Contribute to program planning, governance, risk management and delivery milestones
• Work closely with senior leadership and technical teams
• Manage cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and test teams
• Own schedule, budget, milestones and risk management
• Establish and drive program governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks
• Interface with regulators, suppliers, partners and customers
• Support testing, certification and operational readiness

• Energy / large-scale technical programmes

The key requirement is experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary technical programmes in a regulated or high-performance environment.

We're also looking for individuals with an Engineering degree (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or similar), and 7+ years experience in aerospace or complex hardware programmes.

Finally, to succeed here you will need a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset and to feel comfortable in fast-paced environments.

PMP or equivalent (preferred).
