An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution
Experience in directly interacting with EXCO / CXO members
Outstanding team building, communication and presentation skills
An in-depth understanding of Project Management framework (waterfall and Agile), planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery.
High level of attention to detail, organized, structured way of thinking and delivery.
Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery.
Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
Tools & techniques for IT Project Management.
In Depth knowledge about the various IT resources required for organizational functioning and project delivery.
Experience and Knowledge in Applying Agile in Waterfall Projects.
