Required Skills
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of welath management programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Should have experience in Wealth management platform
- Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to effectively communicate program status, risks, and outcomes. Foster and sustain strong relationships.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high-performing team environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor program performance using appropriate tools provided by client, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Implement governance frameworks to maintain program integrity and accountability.
