Your Mission

We're looking for a Program & Operations Event Manager to take full ownership of Daos Padel and turn it from a series of events into a scalable, recurring product and community.

You'll build the stream end-to-end: from concepts and event formats to partnerships, operations, execution, and commercial results.

This can include everything from regular community games and corporate matches to large flagship tournaments with founders, executives, investors, and company teams.

This is not a role where you simply execute someone else's plan.

You'll be expected to build, own, improve, and scale the product.

What You'll Own

Own Daos Padel end-to-end and be accountable for results
Build the annual and quarterly calendar of tournaments, community games, and new formats
Create event concepts, participant journeys, networking mechanics, and experiences
Find and negotiate with padel venues and partners across Dubai
Own event budgets, estimates, and cost control
Source and manage suppliers, operators, referees, coaches, production teams, F&B, branding, content teams, and other partners
Coordinate Marketing, Design, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, and Event Operations
Work with the commercial team to attract participants, companies, sponsors, and partners
Build relationships across Dubai's padel, sports, lifestyle, and business ecosystems
Own operational planning including registration, schedules, zoning, staffing, equipment, branding, participant flows, and contingency plans
Lead event-day execution and solve problems quickly on-site
Collect feedback and data after every activation and continuously improve the format
Turn one-time participants into an active recurring community
Track new sports, wellness, and community formats in Dubai and bring the best ideas into Daos

What We're Looking For

2–3+ years of experience in events, project management, or event operations
Strong experience owning projects from idea to execution
Experience managing suppliers, budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
Strong operational mindset and attention to detail
Great communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and networks from scratch
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong responsibility for results

Nice to Have

Experience in sports, wellness, lifestyle, or community-driven events
Experience organizing tournaments or competitive sports formats
Familiarity with padel
Existing network in Dubai
Experience working in international environments
