Job Title: Program Specialist
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the EWC (Emirati Woman Chapter) program, ensuring smooth delivery of mentorship, training, and engagement activities. The position works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage program operations, track progress, and maintain participant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of EWC (Emirati Woman Chapter) program activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate mentorship operations end-to-end, including scheduling sessions, managing communications, and tracking mentor–mentee progress
- Manage participant lifecycle activities, including selection, onboarding, profiling, and ongoing engagement
- Organize and support the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and mentorship sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination
- Maintain program documentation, including contracts, payments, and administrative records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Track program performance, prepare regular reports, and maintain up-to-date data across tracking tools and systems
- Support the implementation and optimization of digital tools and automation processes related to program and mentorship operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective program delivery
- Support marketing and communication efforts, including coordination of campaigns, event coverage, and community engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or operations roles
- Experience supporting training, mentorship, learning, or community-based programs is preferred
- Familiarity with program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
