Job Description

Must Have:

  • Strong Domain Experience in Commercial Lines, Worker's Comp etc.
  • Strong experience in Test Strategy, Testing Methodologies and Best Practices
  • Ability to lead and manage a team while being individual contributor as well
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for Stakeholder Management

Should Have:

  • Collaboration skills with Business and Other Vendors
  • Planning and management capabilities
  • Proactiveness for continues optimization and betterment
  • Exposure to any Insurance CoTs platform (e.g. Guidewire, Sapiens etc.)

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to ALM tool Jira, ADO etc.
  • Awareness of the DevOps implementation
  • Ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
  • Need basis decision making ability. 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on P&C insurance platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects within the insurance domain.
  • Experience with P&C products of leading solution providers.
