Must have experience in IT project/programme management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-market platform implementations.
Strong focus on Trade Finance is essential.
Experience in Payments, Lending, or Markets is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to manage scope, quality, risk, and budget while balancing competing priorities.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of aligning diverse, culturally diverse teams and driving accountability.
Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with IT systems, SDLC, and technical terminology.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and MS Office Suite.
Core Banking Systems: Deep understanding of banking technologies and experience with solutions such as CGI Trade360, FIS ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or Oracle ERP (preferred).
Regional Expertise: Exposure to Asia Pacificmarkets is highly desirable.
Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting delivery progress to senior executives.
Problem Solving: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.
Technical Background: Experience or certification in infrastructure domains, security, cloud, and automation is beneficial.
Digitization: Experience in driving the digitization of trade finance processes.
