Sadeem is looking for a Programs & Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Sadeem is a creative and innovation hub that delivers programs, workshops, and events for creators, entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, and the wider community.
The role is responsible for planning Sadeem's programs and building partnerships with government entities, companies, universities, sponsors, experts, and other organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop clear plans, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes for programs and workshops.
- Coordinate programs from initial planning through delivery and evaluation.
- Manage Sadeem's monthly and quarterly program calendar.
- Identify and approach potential partners, sponsors, and participating organizations.
- Prepare partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with trainers, speakers, mentors, experts, and program delivery partners.
- Arrange partner meetings and follow up on agreed actions and commitments.
- Track partnership opportunities, proposals, approvals, and sponsorship discussions.
- Monitor attendance, participant feedback, program results, and agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate with the community, operations, and marketing teams to ensure each program is delivered properly.
Requirements- At least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, partnerships, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience planning and delivering programs, workshops, events, or similar initiatives.
- Experience working with government, semi-government, corporate, educational, cultural, or community organizations in the UAE.
- Ability to prepare clear proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and reports.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and working environment.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Able to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
Experience in creative industries, culture, tourism, innovation, entrepreneurship, youth programs, or technology is an advantage.
