Job Purpose
A support role within the compliance team, responsible for reviewing and updating KPIs, statistical information and data controlling.
Key Responsibilities
- Be able to build Power BI and excel dashboards. Be able to create Ad hoc reports based on management request.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members, able to
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with team members to address challenges. understand and foresee data that will be useful.
- Identifying and assessing project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
- Understand the importance of accurate reporting down to the small details. To be comfortable explaining the limitations and practicality of reports confidently.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in data administrator or similar role
- Driving license
- Experience in FMCG environment with warehouse process knowledge.
- Process oriented with systematic approach to issues.
- Good knowledge in POWER BI reports and transactions.
- Knowledge in data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Exceptional Time Management Skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good numerical /analytical/decision making skills.
- Advanced Computer skills specifically advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a multicultural team.
- Highly Organized (Records and data need to be constantly updated and maintained)
- Excellent attention to detail.
