Job Description

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Managing and supporting the Project Managers for acquiring quotation from vendors, preparing manual Purchase Requisitions by developing the calculation sheet (e.g. Consumable procurement, Support Services, accommodation, transportation, etc), following up with SCM to release the Purchase order and deliverables from vendor . A complete responsibility end to end responsibility from preparation, monitor and deliver.
  • Manage and Support the PM for Goods Received (GR) in Eform related to Project Procurement/Support Services, amendments of Purchase Order (PO) through Eform(as needed), release Invoice Received (IR) to process vendor invoicing.
  • Be the responsible in department as the buddy for new hiring and focal point for PM to manage the warehouse area (KWE)
  • Support to PMs and CPMs in all the back office and any additional administrative activities along with arranging the Customer meetings/workshops.
  • Support PM Org Heads for travel bookings / hotel bookings and claims.
  • Organizing departmental occasions on behalf of Business Area Heads.

What You Bring


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent is mandatory.
  • Work Experience with 5+ year is recommended.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP for processing of PR and PO.
  • Previous work experience in office administration is preferred.
