Job Description

We are seeking a Project & Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site facilities operations across the MENA region, including offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and industrial locations.

This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities are safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-optimized, while driving operational excellence through maintenance strategy, capital planning, vendor management, and sustainability initiatives. You will also play a key role in supporting retail expansion and store rollout strategy across MENA, working closely with internal stakeholders and franchise partners.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years experience in multi-site facilities or project management roles
  • Strong experience across retail, office, and industrial/distribution environments
  • Proven track record in project management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance systems, and standards
  • Experience managing vendors, procurement, and service contracts
  • Solid understanding of HSE compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in capital planning, renovations, or new build projects
  • Exposure to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Strong analytical and audit capabilities
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
