Jubilee Events is specialized in organizing exhibitions, conferences, and events. We are looking for a Project & Office Coordinator to work remotely, with the following requirements:
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage exhibition, conference, and event projects from start to finish.
Organize files and maintain electronic archiving.
Prepare technical proposals and quotations in coordination with the design team and management.
Liaise and follow up with designers and other internal teams.
Manage emails and official correspondence in both English and Arabic.
Schedule meetings and follow up on appointments.
Track all administrative aspects of projects.
Ensure timelines and client requirements are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or conference organizing companies (mandatory).
Proven experience in preparing quotations and technical proposals.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to prepare presentations and coordinate with creative teams.
Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.
Ability to work remotely and handle workload under deadlines.
