Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect/Coordinator located in Riyadh. The primary responsibilities for this role include managing architectural projects from conception to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications. Additionally, responsibilities involve collaborating with team members, applying expertise in sustainable design principles, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project development and documentation.

Qualifications

• B.S in Architectural Engineering or any related field
• 5+ years of experience
• SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certified
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Architecture and relevant project execution processes
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architectural drafting and modeling - AutoCAD - Revit
• Experience with preparing and reviewing submittals
• Effective Project Management skills, including coordination and team collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant computer-aided design software and tools
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
