We are representing a leading international architecture firm with a dedicated focus on the design and delivery of ultra-luxury hotels and high-end resort destinations across the globe. This is a Dubai-based role within a highly creative, design-led studio working at the forefront of hospitality architecture.

As Project Architect, you will take ownership of landmark hospitality projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with senior design leadership, consultants, and global clients. You will be responsible for translating exceptional design intent into fully coordinated buildable architecture that meets the highest international standards of luxury, detail, and execution.

This role sits at the intersection of design leadership and technical excellence, requiring both strong conceptual understanding and rigorous delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural delivery of luxury hotel and resort projects across multiple global locations
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through all project stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, technical documentation, and site support)
• Translate design vision into precise, coordinated construction information
• Manage client and consultant relationships with professionalism and clarity
• Ensure design integrity is maintained through all stages of development
• Support senior leadership in driving design quality and project outcomes
• Oversee technical detailing with a focus on high-end hospitality standards

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with strong international experience
• Proven background in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels, resorts, branded residences preferred)
• Experience working on large-scale, complex architectural projects
• Strong knowledge of international design and construction standards
• Excellent Revit / BIM capability and technical detailing expertise
• Ability to work in fast-paced, design-driven environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills across global teams
• Experience working with leading architecture or design studios is highly desirable
