Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in New Cairo. The Project Architect will oversee the design and construction phases of architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural plans, preparing submittals, coordinating with teams including engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and sustainability standards. The Project Architect will also manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and creating precise architectural designs
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals for project approvals
• Knowledge or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Project Management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating between teams
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
