Project Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Cairo, Egypt. The Project Architect will oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet design, safety, and functionality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with project stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, and utilizing advanced design tools to produce accurate architectural models. The ideal candidate will also ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Architectural design and planning
• Proficient in Project Management techniques and methodologies
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Knowledge of Submittals and technical documentation processes
• Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainability standards
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed architect is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related tools
• Experience in managing projects within the construction or architecture sectors
