You are responsible for executing operational plans or delivering high-profile/specialist projects with a direct impact on functional success.
You will challenge processes and practices identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and directing Riyadh dairy sourced projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring the specified project objectives are achieved
- Responsible for managing project constraints including cost, time, scope and quality
- Ensures that the Arla Foods project management framework is followed and that the appropriate tools and systems are used to report and document changes and results throughout the project.
- Maintain clear, visible, and accessible documentation and project plans as well as measure progress, report status and keep track of the overall project tasks and priorities
- Effectively manage internal and external stake holders, whilst establishing solid relationships
- Drives process for market-driven CAPEX
- Owns the Riyadh dairy products set up within Arla internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and periodical training to stake holders involved in SKU set up and release process
- Leads regular dairy/supply chain coordination meetings
- Dairy expert: in-depth knowledge of products and packaging
Qualifications
- an academic /theoretical degree/post graduate in business or
- An academic/theoretical degree/post graduate in dairy/ food science.
- 4-6 years Product/Project Management experience
- 4-6 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
