Project Control Engineer

• Conduct budget reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and financial expectations.
• Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and liquidity management.
• Analyse purchase orders (POs) to track spending and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Generate monthly cost reports to monitor financial performance, identify variances, and enable informed decision-making.
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance before payment.
• Review client invoices to confirm accuracy and proper documentation.
• Assist in the preparation, pricing, and submission of Variation Orders (VOs), ensuring accurate cost evaluation and timely client approval.
• Track VOs to mitigate negative budget impacts and enhance project profitability.
• Monitor project status continuously to ensure milestones are met within budget and time constraints.
• Support the development of procurement plans in collaboration with the project team.
• Review and interpret contracts to identify key deliverables and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in cost control/project controls within construction or contracting environments, preferably in the Oil and Gas field.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office.
• MS Project and Power BI.
