Job Description

Position Summary:

Performs schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities as directed, assist in reports development and updating as directed, and coordinating with disciplines to maintain accurate progress for project(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop schedule activity list, logic, durations, and milestones; maintain P6/MS Project schedules.
  • Perform resource loading, engineering hours and non-labor units for progress measurement, and update actual progress.
  • Generate S‑curves, histograms, and progress dashboards, support Power BI updates.
  • Identify schedule variances and support recovery planning.
  • Coordinate with engineering/ procurement for data inputs (deliverables, long‑lead items).
  • Maintain logs (delays and risks) and filing of contemporaneous records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and meeting minutes.
  • Performs schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities.
  • Assists in review of tenderers and contractors schedules and reports.
  • Participate in client or contractor meetings on needed basis.
  • Support preparation of Projects Historical Reports.

Qualifications Required:

  • BSc. Degree in Engineering.
  • 2–4 years in planning/cost is a plus
  • Foundational training in P6/MS Project and MS Office
  • Power BI exposure preferred.
  • Basics of planning & cost control, progress measurement, and reporting; familiarity with EVM concepts.
  • Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel; Power BI basics.
  • Clear Arabic/English communication.
