Job Description

Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6.
Monitor and update project progress, identifying delays and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare and control project budgets, cost breakdown structures, and cash flow forecasts.
Conduct cost analysis and track actual expenditures versus budget.
Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices before approval.
Review QS quantities, BOQ items, and validate measured works.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and productivity dashboards.
Assess project risks and maintain the updated risk register.
Analyze variations and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) when needed.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate progress data anddocumentation.
