The company:
JBAndrews is partnered with a construction leader in Saudi Arabia. They are searching for a Project Control Manager to join their team and work on the project management services at their HQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Role:
- Being the appointed management representative for Project Controls
- Managing all project controls activities across the organization
- Developing and coordinating regional policies and procedures for all of the project controls processes
- Ensuring that all project controls team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Managing Project Controls resources in line with budget
- Motivating and supporting Project Controls team members
- Providing appropriate level of training and career development across the Project Controls team
- Preparing guidelines, status reports, and presentations for Management
- Reviewing contractual obligations and ensure that the project execution plan, work plan and deliverables are in accordance with requirements
- Ensuring the project controls activities and deliverables meet the requirements of the project
- Assigning team workload ensuring timescales are adhered to
The requirements:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a Cost Controller with at least 3 years as a Project Controls Manager in a construction environment on projects valued at 500M SAR or greater
- Significant track record of successful work
- APMP - Certified Project Management Associate
- Must have experience within Saudi Arabia
- Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
