Summary:

Leads project controls across the ECI stage and Design & Build delivery, managing cost, schedule, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated reporting for cost, schedule, and risk.
• Track milestones linked to the payment schedule.
• Monitor deliverables vs. interim payment triggers.
• Support Project Director with forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
• 15+ years experience in project controls on large-scale projects.
• Prior exposure to sports facilities or mega-event venues preferred.

Skills: Primavera P6, cost control systems, reporting dashboards.
