Project Control Manager

Position: Project Control Manager (Client Side)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Paying SAR 40,000 - SAR 45,000 (depending on experience)

A leading real estate developer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Project / Controls Manager to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong developer-side and consultant-facing experience, with a solid understanding of project controls, contracts, cost, timelines, and payment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee consultant and developer contracts and ensure contractual obligations are effectively managed
• Monitor overall project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines
• Lead cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Review and manage payment applications, valuations, invoices, and approvals
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal development teams
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, and contractual commitments
• Identify and manage potential commercial, contractual, cost, and schedule risks
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management
• Support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Key requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project controls, project management, commercial management, or a related field
• Strong experience working with real estate developers and consultants
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, project timelines, cost control, payments, and reporting
• Experience managing complex, large-scale real estate / development projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred
