Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for the position of Project Control Section Head. The role entails managing and overseeing cost controls, budgeting processes, and project controls to ensure successful execution of various projects. Primary responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining budget accuracy, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to improve performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Strong Project Control knowledge to effectively monitor, schedule, and oversee project execution.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of large-scale projects.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data interpretation and delivering actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or project management industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools associated with cost control and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
