We are looking for an experienced Project Controls professional to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical projects. The role will be responsible for planning, cost control, reporting, and performance monitoring across fast-track developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules across all phases.
- Handle cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and earned value.
- Manage change control, variations, and delay analysis.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Requirements
- 814 years of experience in Project Controls / Planning & Cost Control.
- Experience on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Good understanding of FIDIC / EPC / Design & Build contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
