Position Objective
- The Project Controller is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting project activities to ensure alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- The role focuses on developing project schedules, preparing financial and performance reports, analyzing cost trends, and identifying data inconsistencies. It supports project teams in budgeting, CAPEX planning, and performance analysis while ensuring transparency through accurate and timely reporting.

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and control project activities within the Telecom OSP domain to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project budgets, BOQs, and CAPEX/OPEX plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and implementation teams to consolidate project data.
- Prepare detailed financial, progress, and performance reports aligned with project KPIs.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel-based reports for management review.
- Conduct cost variance analysis, budget trend analysis, and performance evaluations to support decision-making.
- Validate and maintain data integrity across all project tracking and reporting systems.
- Identify, analyze, and report gaps, risks, and discrepancies, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Support automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.
- Track contractor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
- Generate executive-level summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and performance.
- Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, utilization reports, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in all project control documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting enhancements, and visualization insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project control, cost management, or reporting roles within the Telecom ISP/OSP industry.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control principles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards), and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting automation, and project performance tracking.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and database systems for monitoring and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex project data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
- Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work in cross-functional project environments.
