As Project Controls Manager, you will provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track. This role is focused on bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities
- Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones
- Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools
- Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with at least one cost or planning system, along with dashboard-based reporting
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs
- Experience collaborating with project directors, client representatives, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle Unifier
- Working knowledge of Power BI development and report use
- Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
