- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, management, and stakeholders
- Stakeholder Follow-up: Track action items, monitor project progress, and ensure teams complete activities on time
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project documentation and generate precise progress reports for management
- Tool Management: Utilize project management software and Microsoft Office tools to structure and update project schedules
- SAP Support: Coordinate and assist with SAP project implementation, alignment, and tracking
Requirements
The candidate Supposed to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as Project Coordinator or Project Management Officer (PMO)
3 to 4 Years of experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management
tools.
- Ability to follow up with stakeholders, track action items, and ensure timely completion
of project activities.
- Experience with SAP projects is preferred
