To support the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects by assisting the project team, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities and timelines.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and progress trackers.
- Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, client meetings, and site visits.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project status updates.
- Help identify project risks and escalate issues to the project manager when needed.
- Manage project files and ensure documents are properly archived and accessible.
- Support procurement and resource allocation when required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure a positive service experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP training is a plus).
- Ability to prepare reports and summaries clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
