Project Coordinator (Construction)

• Managing the quality of project works
• Communicating with clients, developers, architects and engineers
• Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers
• Adhering to project time schedule
• Visiting and inspecting building sites
• Reporting on site progress to Project Manager
• Coordinating and managing sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or building science is preferred
• 5 years experience in construction required
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction project management
