We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our administrative operations, with a primary focus on CRM system management and data handling. This role is ideal for recent computer science graduates who are eager to start their career in administration, coordination, and systems support within a professional office environment.
The Project Coordinator will assist in maintaining the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and reporting. The role also includes providing general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating the company's CRM system and databases.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Help coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, documentation, and tracking sheets.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and routine coordination activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
- Learn and support improvements in data and administrative processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly to systems and work processes.
