About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support international functional testing programs across a global Family of Apps. This role focuses on coordinating in-market testing operations, driving cross-functional communication, and ensuring high-quality, locally relevant product launches.
The ideal candidate has experience in QA, project coordination, software development workflows, or internationalization (i18n), and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring strong prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Testing Program Coordination
- Plan and manage in-market functional testing from setup through launch
- Coordinate testing schedules, execution milestones, and reporting
- Ensure deliverables meet launch deadlines across multiple locales
Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as a liaison between Program Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Vendors, and Product Designers
- Communicate timelines, instructions, and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Align stakeholders through regular updates and structured communication
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in tools and workflows
- Propose and pilot process improvements
- Support implementation of improved operational frameworks
Bug Triage & Quality Assurance
- Prioritize, track, and escalate internationalization (i18n) bugs
- Partner with product teams to ensure defects are resolved before launch
- Ensure testing outcomes reflect real-world, in-market user conditions
Operational Execution
- Make independent decisions under tight deadlines
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across international markets
- Maintain detailed documentation and tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating software testing, QA, localization, or product launches
- Strong understanding of internationalization (i18n) challenges in software development
- Ability to prioritize tasks, triage issues, and escalate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in QA, Project Management, User Research, or Software Development
- Experience launching products across multiple international locales
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and development workflows
- Exposure to hardware, AR/VR, advertising, or payments testing environments
