Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline – Mandatory

Master's degree – Advantage

Relevant experience in project coordination may substitute postgraduate studies

Required Courses / Certifications

PMP (or working towards PMP) – Preferred

Primavera P6 / MS Project – Preferred

• Advanced Excel / Reporting Skills – Preferred

Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, networks) is preferred

Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

Ability to support multiple teams and stakeholders

Familiarity with project reporting and tracking tools

Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g., AECOM, Parsons, Dar)

Experience in large-scale / multi-package projects is an advantage
