Your Task And Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee NDT inspection projects, ensuring manpower and resources meet project and contract requirements.
- Act as the primary point of communication between site personnel, internal departments, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review job packs, method statements, and risk assessments while ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and international NDT standards.
- Provide technical support to clients and assist in the preparation of technical documentation and tender submissions.
- Supervise and support NDT personnel by conducting competency assessments, training coordination, and ensuring certification compliance.
Your Qualifications
- B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Valid/NDT Level III Certification with M.Tech NDT (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NDT operations with proven project coordination or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of international NDT codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
- Experience in procedure development, technical documentation, and inspection planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client coordination skills with the ability to manage teams and project deliverables effectively.
