Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing project timelines, ensuring seamless communication among team members, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines. Additional responsibilities include coordinating materials, managing resources, assisting in resolving project challenges, and ensuring all tasks align with quality standards and client requirements.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities to liaise with stakeholders and facilitate effective project execution.
- Knowledge in project coordination practices, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software to track and document project progress.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure quality standards and client specifications are met.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction, design, or luxury spaces is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Follow-up:
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding material delivery, availability, and updates.
- Share project drawings and specifications with suppliers as required.
2. Client, Consultant, and Contractor Communication:
- Send emails and updates to clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
- Communicate with clients for variation quotations and approvals.
- Respond to client messages in group chats promptly.
3. Site Access & NOC Management:
- Obtain site access passes
- Coordinate regarding NOC renewal and related approvals.
- Address site access issues and communicate with Emaar when needed.
4. AMC & Site Support:
- Arrange site supervisors and quotations for AMC complaints.
- Assist in solving site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Project Planning & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain program schedules for ongoing jobs.
- Prepare material Log need to provide quantity in some cases.
- Prepare or provide additional documents as requested by the project manager
- Prepare BOQs for all projects
6. Financial & Reporting Duties:
- Provide invoice reports
- Track project costs, variations, and related financial updates as needed.
7. Meetings & Site Visits:
- Lead Friday production meetings.
- Arrange site visits for new projects with engineers.
- Assign projects to engineers and site supervisors and monitor progress.
