Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), Project Governance, or Project Coordination role within a Banking IT environment.
Hands-on experience supporting or managing projects using the Waterfall project management methodology.
Strong understanding of project governance, project lifecycle management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
Experience in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, action logs, governance documentation, and management presentations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly for supporting regional stakeholders and cross-border projects.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation capabilities.
Experience working in a regulated financial services or banking environment is preferred.
