Project Cost, Finance & Inventory Controller

ReFarm is looking for a Cost, Finance & Inventory Controller to support our project and division heads by ensuring accurate inventory and cost tracking, financial discipline, and timely reporting across our existing operations and projects as well as projects under development and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request & maintain accurate records and reporting of all financial activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate ERP approvals for materials, timesheets, subcontractor invoices, cost-related workflows, and any other relevant data.
• Prepare detailed working capital requirements andoperation budgets to support financial planning and performance tracking.
• Monitor material and stock consumption, manpower utilization, and subcontractor expenses to ensure costs remain within approved budgets.
• Oversee procurement cost control, and timesheet/resource cost tracking to maintain financial discipline.
• Manage and validate ERP data, support the preparation of variations and claims, and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
• Review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and ensure timely ERP approvals for materials, timesheets, and subcontractor and supplier invoices.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 610 years of experience in cost control or project cost management, preferably within construction or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of cost monitoring, project financials, budgeting, and cost optimization.
