Functional Accountabilities:

  • Manage translation of the Project Delivery & Assurance plan into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and controls aligned with EPMO methodologies and governance requirements
  • Develop structured intake mechanisms to capture requests from Sales and Product Management, prioritize classifications, and register project charters for planning and control
  • Supervise project scoping practices defining objectives, deliverables, resources, and contributors with EPMO, and onboard teams by confirming roles, interfaces, and milestone commitments
  • Facilitate stakeholder mapping and communication cadences, establishing protocols for planning decisions, escalations, approvals, and periodic progress reporting to maintain transparency and alignment
  • Coordinate feasibility reviews with Pre-Sales and Product Development & Deployment, validating technical specifications, dependencies, and approvals before initiating implementation activities
  • Review and validate detailed cost estimates and project budgets, aligning allocations with Delegation of Authority thresholds and establishing monitoring routines for financial control
  • Manage RAID identification and maintenance by ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, and triggers are documented to anticipate cross-team impacts and challenges
  • Supervise monitoring of project delivery against scope, schedule, and quality baselines, validating interim deliverables and escalating conflicts or delays to secure timely resolution
  • Review implementation of testing plans with Product QA/QC, confirming coverage against acceptance criteria and addressing unresolved defects that jeopardize readiness
  • Review cutover strategies and data migration plans with Product Deployment & Integration, confirming feasibility, dependency alignment, and approvals before product rollout
  • Coordinate vendor engagement information with Procurement and Finance, tracking performance obligations, variation orders, and payment milestones to maintain contract execution discipline
  • Monitor integrated dashboards covering timelines, budgets, quality metrics, defects, and benefits, and consolidate periodic status updates for EPMO and senior stakeholders
  • Conduct benefits tracking against baselines, document realized outcomes, and submit structured reports for EPMO review and Strategy Management validation
  • Consolidate lessons learned, vendor performance evaluations, and process gaps, and develop improvement backlogs, templates, and toolkits to strengthen future project delivery practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field is required

Experience:

A minimum of 11 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

Certifications:

Certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or AgilePM are optional.
