DWP IT Arabia delivers ERP implementations, business platforms, and digital transformation solutions across Saudi Arabia. We support medium-sized enterprises across manufacturing, trading, logistics, contracting, and services sectors.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a structured and client-facing ERP Project & Delivery Manager to strengthen execution quality and coordination between clients and our backend delivery teams.

Role Overview

The ERP Project & Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery discipline.

This role acts as the bridge between client stakeholders in KSA and technical/backend teams, ensuring clear communication, controlled scope, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects across planning, execution, and closure phases.
• Conduct structured requirement workshops with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional documentation.
• Coordinate with backend functional and technical teams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and change requests.
• Manage client communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Ensure proper UAT, training, and go-live support.
• Maintain delivery governance and protect scope boundaries.

Candidate Profile

• 48 years of ERP implementation or project management experience.
• Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Operations).
• Experience conducting requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Arabic language fluency is mandatory.
• Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
