Project Development Lawyer

We are working alongside an elite international law firm with multiple offices throughout the GCC. They are looking to add an experienced project development lawyer to their busy team in Dubai.

This is role that focuses on the development an array energy, infrastructure and utility projects throughout the Middle East on behalf of a variety of sponsors, developers, government entities and lenders.

Projects include:

Power (renewable and conventional)

Water and desalination

district cooling

Infrastructure (social, rail and aviation)

Waste to energy

This team advise on a broad range of project documents ranging from EPC (EPC specialists are encouraged to apply also), O&M, PPA, concession agreements etc.

If you are a common law qualified project development/construction lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and international law firm experience (candidates with inhouse experience is also seen as a plus), please follow the links provided to apply.
