Project Director - Buildings

Our client, a real estate development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking to appoint a Project Director to manage its massive portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale real estate developments from concept through completion. This senior role will oversee planning, design, construction, cost, quality, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate projects
• Manage consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and governance
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and local authority standards
• Provide strategic reporting to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 12+ years experience in real estate development or construction
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
• Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, RICS, or similar certification is a plus
