About the Role:
SJ Group is inviting expressions of interest for a Project Director - Civils & Stations, responsible for delivering major High-Speed Rail (HSR) infrastructure packages across the UAE.
This leadership role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering, design review, and construction oversight for key civil assets and passenger stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage civil works, stations, and interface packages.
- Oversee technical assurance, project controls, and delivery quality.
- Coordinate with client, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure milestones and compliance.
- Lead high-performing project teams across design, construction, and commissioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in rail/metro/infrastructure megaprojects.
- Minimum 5 years in the UAE / GCC.
- Proven record in managing station and civil packages under FIDIC or equivalent contracts.
- HSR experience is mandatory.
