China State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Deputy Project Director/Senior Proect Manager to lead the project team in a newly awarded large scale High Rise Tower Project in Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff. Plan and organize resources in advance
- Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project. This will include head contracts, designs, budgets, authorities and project delivery.
- Create an environment for exceptional team performance to ensure the teams, roles, skills and behavior are aligned with the company objectives and project requirements.
- Lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.
- Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; performs project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
- Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- 15+ Years of relevant work experience
- Should have experience with High Rise Tower Projects.
