We are seeking an executive-level Project Director to lead a major hospitality development in Aseer, Saudi Arabia.

If you bring a strong mix of Contractor and PMC leadership experience and thrive in driving complex, high-profile developments, we would love to connect with you.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 25+ years of total experience across both PMC and Contracting environments.
• Domain Expertise: Recent hands-on leadership in major Hospitality projects.
• Regional Track Record: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is mandatory.
• Location & Mobility: Based in or willing to relocate to Aseer, with a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Availability: Joining within 2 months or less preferred.
