JASARA PMC is seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to lead our project teams in the execution of high-profile programs in the construction sector. This role involves overseeing project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery according to our company&aposs standards of excellence.
As the Project Director, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and drive project objectives forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive experience in project management, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Develop project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and performance and conduct regular status updates for upper management
- Identify risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead effective teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards within the Saudi Arabian context is preferred
