Project Director - Large scale Villa Project - PMC

We are currently representing a leading international PMC company in their search for a Project Director to join a major masterplan villa development project in Abu Dhabi.

This is a post-contract position on a large-scale development, offering the opportunity to work with one of the region's most well-regarded project management consultancies.

Key requirements:

• 20+ years of experience within the construction industry

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Strong contractor and PMC background with extensive project delivery experience

• Minimum 10 years experience within the UAE

• Proven track record delivering large-scale masterplan villa developments is essential

• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple project packages and leading the delivery of complex developments from a client-facing perspective

• Strong understanding of project budgets, cash flow management, cost control, risk management, contracts, and stakeholder engagement

• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams and senior project leadership personnel

• PMC experience is essential, with contractor-side exposure highly preferred

• Strong client management and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills
