Job Description
As project director, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of major hospitality and high-rise projects
- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery within budget
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with project goals
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including PPP and PIF entities
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards
- Drive risk management and implement mitigation strategies
The Successful Applicant
Our client is seeking:
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience
- Proven track record in high-rise towers and mega hospitality projects
- Strong exposure to PPP projects (mandatory) and PIF-funded developments
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Egypt
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills
