Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project.
- Take full responsibility for project delivery from mobilization through handover.
- Establish project objectives, execution strategies, milestones, and performance targets.
- Lead the project management team and ensure effective coordination between all departments and disciplines.
- Monitor overall project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure the project is delivered according to approved budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
Construction & Technical Management
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review and approve project execution plans, methodologies, schedules, and technical submissions.
- Ensure effective coordination between civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.
- Resolve major technical and construction issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Monitor construction productivity and site performance.
- Ensure proper planning and utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Maintain overall control of project costs and financial performance.
- Review project budgets, forecasts, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial requirements.
